PayLater Payment Facility (BNPL) Policy:

WalkingPad Qatar offers customers the convenience of purchasing products through the PayLater payment facility — a structured installment payment option available exclusively within the State of Qatar.
By selecting PayLater as your payment method, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment Structure:
The total purchase amount shall be divided into four (4) equal payments, as follows:-
Twenty-five percent (25%) of the total invoice value shall be paid in advance at the time of purchase.

The remaining seventy-five percent (75%) shall be settled in three (3) consecutive monthly installments, each equivalent to twenty-five percent (25%) of the total purchase amount.

Eligibility:
The PayLater facility is available exclusively to customers residing in Qatar and is subject to eligibility verification, approval, and credit assessment by PayLater Qatar. All approval or rejection decisions are made solely by PayLater Qatar and are beyond the control or influence of WalkingPad Qatar. -
Third-Party Provider:
The PayLater service is operated, managed, and administered entirely by PayLater Qatar, an independent payment service provider. By choosing this payment option, you enter into a separate installment agreement directly with PayLater Qatar. WalkingPad Qatar does not collect, store, or process your payment credentials or financial information in connection with this facility. -
Order Processing:
Orders placed using the PayLater facility shall be processed only after successful authorization and completion of the advance payment. WalkingPad Qatar reserves the right to cancel, delay, or hold any order for which the advance payment or subsequent payment authorization fails, is withdrawn, or otherwise not confirmed by PayLater Qatar. -
Restriction on Use with Discount Cards:
The PayLater payment method may not be used in conjunction with any discount card, promotional code, or special offer. This restriction applies to all purchases made through WalkingPad Qatar — including but not limited to purchases made via the official website, WhatsApp, or any other sales channel operated by WalkingPad Qatar.
Customers must choose either to:
(a) utilize a discount card or promotional offer, or
(b) proceed using the PayLater payment method.The simultaneous use of both is strictly prohibited.

Refunds and Cancellations:
In the event of an approved return or cancellation, any refund due shall be processed in accordance with the WalkingPad Qatar Return & Refund Policy. Refunds will be coordinated with PayLater Qatar and processed subject to their internal refund timelines and procedures. -
Missed or Delayed Payments:
The customer bears full responsibility for ensuring timely payment of all installments. Any delay or default may result in additional charges, late fees, service suspension, or other corrective measures imposed by PayLater Qatar. WalkingPad Qatar shall not be held liable for any penalties, charges, or consequences arising from such delays. -
Disclaimer:
WalkingPad Qatar provides the PayLater facility solely for customer convenience and does not act as a credit provider. All matters related to approval, payment processing, or disputes shall be handled directly by PayLater Qatar.For payment inquiries or support, customers may contact:

Refund and Return Policy:
Thank you for making an online purchase at WalkingPad Qatar!
We understand that you might change your mind about the purchase before or after receiving your order. But that is no issue! We will make sure that your refund or exchange process goes as smoothly as possible.
To ensure everyone’s rights at WalkingPad Qatar, there are a few policies to be considered:
General Policies:
1. Warranty Coverage:
This warranty policy applies to all WalkingPad foldable treadmills and other sport and health lifestyle-related items sold through our official websites:
The following situations are not covered under this warranty:
– Issues arising from improper assembly, failure to follow user manuals, or non-recommended maintenance procedures.
The estimated repair timeframe is between 14 to 18 business days.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component at no additional cost to the customer.
– Our standard policy includes product setup and installation by our team upon delivery. However, customers may opt to perform the unboxing and installation themselves. In such cases, we will provide a detailed instructional video to guide you through the unboxing and installation process. Please note that if you choose to self-install, you assume full responsibility for any damage, malfunction, or issues resulting from improper handling or incorrect setup.
We recommend following the video instructions carefully to ensure the product is assembled and operated safely.
– Delivery is free of charge for orders with a total value of 1,000 QAR or above.
For orders valued between 1 QAR and 999.99 QAR, delivery fees will apply depending on the customer’s geographical location. In standard cases, we do not charge customers directly for delivery. Instead, we arrange the shipment through a courier service, and the customer is responsible for paying the courier directly upon delivery.
This arrangement applies unless otherwise agreed at the time the order is placed. Please note: Orders are dispatched only after full payment for the purchased item(s) has been received.
– Upper Floor Delivery Policy:
Our free delivery service applies to Ground Floor delivery only. If delivery is requested to a floor above Ground Level and the premises do not have a lift, additional charges will apply as outlined below:
Delivery Fees Without Lift Access:
- 1st Floor: 100 QAR
- 2nd Floor: 125 QAR
- 3rd Floor: 150 QAR
- 4th–6th Floor: 200 QAR
- 7th Floor and Above: Delivery not available without lift access
Important Notes:
- If the building is equipped with a lift, no additional fee will be charged for upper-floor delivery.
- If a customer does not select the appropriate floor delivery option during checkout and requests upper-floor delivery upon arrival, the corresponding fee will be charged on-site at the time of delivery.
- If the customer refuses to pay the additional fee at the time of delivery, the item will be delivered to the Ground Floor only.
Exceptions – Heavier Models:
The following models incur an additional 100 QAR on top of the above-listed rates (if no lift is available):
- MX16+ (X25+)
- X218

Non-Refundable Service Charges
Please note that any service-related charges, such as Female Setup Charges or Handling Fees, are non-refundable, even in cases of product replacement or refund.
These charges cover service efforts rendered and are not tied to the return or condition of the item itself.
– Delivery, Installation & Usage Guidance Disclaimer:
As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, our team provides clear guidance during delivery, including unboxing, installation, and product demonstration. This includes instructions on how and when to use and lubricate your treadmill to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
For the best performance and to protect your investment, we highly recommend watching the full instruction video provided at the link here before lubricating your WalkingPad. Please note that relying solely on the image below without watching the video may result in improper application.

Following the proper lubrication procedure is essential. Failure to do so may affect your warranty coverage, as this serves as a formal disclaimer from WalkingPad Qatar.
We assume that customers have read and understood the terms outlined on this Refund & Return Policy page prior to placing their order, whether the purchase is made directly through our website or with the assistance of our sales representatives via phone or WhatsApp. A link to this policy is also included in all introductory communications with our customers.
Important:
If you do not receive proper installation or demonstration service at the time of delivery, you must report the issue immediately during delivery or within 48 hours after delivery. Reports made after this period may not be eligible for review or action.
– Power Connection Advisory:
We strongly advise all customers to plug their treadmills directly into a wall socket and avoid using power extensions or multi-plug adapters.
Using an extension may lead to electrical issues and can be a significant cause of damage to your treadmill. In such cases, the customer will bear full responsibility for any resulting damage, and this will void the product’s warranty.
Please ensure your treadmill is connected properly to avoid unnecessary malfunctions or safety hazards.
– Electrical Safety Notice – Divided Villas:
If the customer resides in a divided villa or a property with non-standard or shared electrical infrastructure, we cannot guarantee stable power supply conditions. In such environments, power fluctuations or improper grounding may lead to electrical damage to the treadmill.
Please note that any damage resulting from unstable or improper electrical connections will be considered customer negligence and will therefore void the product’s warranty.
We strongly recommend ensuring a proper and stable electrical setup before operating the treadmill.
5. Limitations of Liability:
WalkingPad is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product failure. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Order Holding Policy:
Orders placed by the customer, whether independently or with the assistance of our sales representatives via WhatsApp or phone, will be held for delivery for a maximum period of 24 hours from the time of placement. However, if payment has been completed, the purchased item may be held for delivery for up to 30 days.
Any item is refundable within 7 days from the purchase date. The product or item should be sealed and in the same condition it was received. Kindly note that opened items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds and exchanges include all products that have a factory defect; however, defective items have to be checked by the dealer first to confirm the issue.
Immediate refunds and exchanges are applicable to items that are dead on arrival (DOA).
If a purchased item did not match the description on the WalkingPad website, the customer is given the opportunity to exchange or refund the item within 3 days, provided that the item is still in its original condition.
If a product was opened and the item description matches what is written on the website, then the item is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
If a customer wants to exchange or refund an item that is not defective and is unopened, there will be a QR30 delivery fee. (The fees are 15 riyals delivery charge + 15-riyal service fees)
In case a refund was agreed on, the refund will be made using the same payment method used when the item was purchased (Cash, Credit Card)
If a purchase was made through a debit card and the customer wants a refund, it can be done either:
Through a cash refund in full, if the refund was due to an issue from our side (for example: wrong item size or color sent to the customer)
Through cash refund with bank fees deducted, if the customer decides to return the item sealed and unopened (if the customer wants us to refund the cash through delivery, then another 15-riyals will be deducted for delivery fees).
Refund or Exchange Process:
The product has to be in the same condition it was delivered. We require the customer to send up 4 pictures from 4 different corners of the box to make sure the item is SEALED and UNOPENED.
The customer has the right to exchange the item to get a refund. There will be a 30-riyal exchange fee. (The fees are 15 riyals delivery charge + 15 riyal service fees)
Refunds are made using the same payment method the refunded item is purchased with (Cash, Credit Card). Online payments (made via Credit Card) take 14-21 working days, and the customer is responsible for following up with their respective bank.
If a purchase was made through a debit card and the customer wants a refund, it can be done either:
Through a cash refund in full, if the refund was due to an issue from our side (for example: wrong item size or color sent to the customer)
Through cash refund with bank fees deducted, if the customer decides to return the item sealed and unopened (if the customer wants us to refund the cash through delivery, then another 15-riyals will be deducted for delivery fees).
Non-refundable & non-exchange situations:
If the item was open or unsealed after being delivered.
If the item was not in the same condition it was delivered in.

Accounts
The minimum age to open an account in WalkingPad is 18 years, and the site has the right to cancel any account that has not reached its 18 year old without prior notice.
When registering at WalkingPad, you agree to the following:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, identifying who is allowed to access, and using your account on the site.
- In the event of any illegal use or any hacking of the user’s account, the site’s management must be notified.
- If the site management is not informed of any illegal use and/or penetration of the user account, the site is not responsible for that.
- The Site shall in no way be liable for any loss that may be incurred directly or indirectly, materially or otherwise, by disclosure of information such as your username or password.
- The user is the person responsible for the use of the site in all seriousness and credibility and is obliged to compensate for the damage to the site through the use of illegal or real or authorized user account either by the user or by someone else who had received On the login information for your account.
- Customer acknowledges that all information it has disclosed is true, correct, up-to-date and complete and reflects and complies with what is required on the registration form at the site.
- You will be obliged to maintain and update the registration data in a timely manner in order to keep it true, correct, complete and complete. If you disclose information that is untrue, incorrect, incomplete, incomplete, or contrary to the User Agreement, Your account is temporarily or fully.

User Agreement Modifications Amendments to this User Agreement and Workplace Agreement
- Agrees and informs the user that WalkingPad will notify you of any additions or modifications to the terms of use by means of a message that will be received in your email and an advertisement appearing on the site. This modification may have additional user responsibilities.
- Customer acknowledges and agrees that WalkingPad has the right to modify the Terms of Use without the User’s consent and without legal arrangements on the WalkingPad.
- All charges are charged in local currency to the location of the country in which you are registered. The user must use a valid payment card and pay the value of his order and receive it if the order is shipped to the user’s country and he does not cancel the order before shipping it.
- In the event that the user does not commit to pay the amounts due, WalkingPad has the right to.
- Issue and issue a formal notice of non-payment on time.
- In the event that the financial dues are not paid within a maximum of 7 days from the date of the warning site, WalkingPad is entitled to suspend your account temporarily or permanently.
All site content of designs, logos, icons and other media is the property of the WalkingPad and registered officially and the Constitution is the only right to publish and circulation
WalkingPad reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if the conditions are not met. We may ask the buyer to provide additional information if it is not provided when it is registered, such as the phone number or home address. You agree not to post comments containing racist attacks, curtailment of cultural value, and any sarcastic comments, or to post information or comments to promote off-site sales. If you continue to post such comments, WalkingPad will begin to terminate your membership.
Without prejudice to other rights and legitimate means of recovering the rights of the Site, WalkingPad may suspend or terminate your membership and / or access to the Site at any time without notice and for any reason and without limitation and may terminate this User Agreement.
As permitted by law, WalkingPad, its employees and managers will not be liable for any direct loss or malfunctions caused to the user by your use of the site. If you are not satisfied with the site or any of its contents, the solution is not to continue using the site. Furthermore, you agree to take responsibility for any unauthorized use of the site and its services, because of your negligence will cause damage to the site. User.
You agree to provide security to the Site and its employees and to protect it against any damage that may be caused to it by claims, losses, malfunctions, costs and expenses arising out of your breach of the User Agreement or your breach of any law or amendments or infringement of the rights of third parties.
If any paragraph in the User Agreement is invalid or canceled or for any reason no longer in force, this paragraph does not invalidate the remaining paragraphs of the Agreement. If you want to cancel the order after receiving it, the products must be in the condition it was received, packed in the carton box without damage.
