PayLater Payment Facility (BNPL) Policy

 

WalkingPad Qatar offers customers the convenience of purchasing products through the PayLater payment facility — a structured installment payment option available exclusively within the State of Qatar.

By selecting PayLater as your payment method, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment Structure

The total purchase amount shall be divided into four (4) equal payments, as follows:

  • Twenty-five percent (25%) of the total invoice value shall be paid in advance at the time of purchase.
  • The remaining seventy-five percent (75%) shall be settled in three (3) consecutive monthly installments, each equivalent to twenty-five percent (25%) of the total purchase amount.

Eligibility

The PayLater facility is available exclusively to customers residing in Qatar and is subject to eligibility verification, approval, and credit assessment by PayLater Qatar. All approval or rejection decisions are made solely by PayLater Qatar and are beyond the control or influence of WalkingPad Qatar.

Third-Party Provider

The PayLater service is operated, managed, and administered entirely by PayLater Qatar, an independent payment service provider. By choosing this payment option, you enter into a separate installment agreement directly with PayLater Qatar. WalkingPad Qatar does not collect, store, or process your payment credentials or financial information in connection with this facility.

Order Processing

Orders placed using the PayLater facility shall be processed only after successful authorization and completion of the advance payment. WalkingPad Qatar reserves the right to cancel, delay, or hold any order for which the advance payment or subsequent payment authorization fails, is withdrawn, or otherwise not confirmed by PayLater Qatar.

Restriction on Use with Discount Cards

The PayLater payment method may not be used in conjunction with any discount card, promotional code, or special offer. This restriction applies to all purchases made through WalkingPad Qatar — including but not limited to purchases made via the official website, WhatsApp, or any other sales channel operated by WalkingPad Qatar.

Customers must choose either to:

(a) utilize a discount card or promotional offer, or
(b) proceed using the PayLater payment method.

The simultaneous use of both is strictly prohibited.

Refunds and Cancellations

In the event of an approved return or cancellation, any refund due shall be processed in accordance with the WalkingPad Qatar Return & Refund Policy. Refunds will be coordinated with PayLater Qatar and processed subject to their internal refund timelines and procedures.

Missed or Delayed Payments

The customer bears full responsibility for ensuring timely payment of all installments. Any delay or default may result in additional charges, late fees, service suspension, or other corrective measures imposed by PayLater Qatar. WalkingPad Qatar shall not be held liable for any penalties, charges, or consequences arising from such delays.

Disclaimer

WalkingPad Qatar provides the PayLater facility solely for customer convenience and does not act as a credit provider. All matters related to approval, payment processing, or disputes shall be handled directly by PayLater Qatar.

Requirements for Using the Store

By accessing or using the WalkingPad Qatar website and store services, the user confirms and agrees that:

  • The user is at least 18 years of age or has legal parental/guardian authorization;
  • All information submitted to the website is accurate, complete, and up to date;
  • The website and services shall not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities;

To ensure everyone’s rights at WalkingPad Qatar, the following policies shall apply:

Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty policy applies to all WalkingPad foldable treadmills and other sport and health lifestyle-related items sold through our official websites:

We provide a one-year warranty that covers only manufacturing defects. This warranty ensures that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

2. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

The following situations are not covered under this warranty:

  • Any damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Damage resulting from accidents, impact, liquid exposure, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or deterioration over time due to usage.
  • Remote controls: once unpacked and used, remote controls are not covered under this warranty.
  • Issues arising from improper assembly, failure to follow user manuals, or non-recommended maintenance procedures.

3. Warranty Claim Process

The estimated repair timeframe is between 14 to 18 business days.

To request warranty service, customers must:

  • Provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
  • Submit a detailed description of the issue, along with photos or videos if applicable.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component at no additional cost to the customer.

4. Installation, Handling Terms and Delivery Charges

Our standard policy includes product setup and installation by our team upon delivery. Customers may opt to perform the unboxing and installation themselves. In such cases, instructional guidance may be provided; however, the customer assumes full responsibility for any damage, malfunction, or issues resulting from improper handling or incorrect setup.

Delivery is free of charge for orders with a total value of 1,000 QAR or above.

For orders valued between 1 QAR and 999.99 QAR, delivery fees may apply depending on the customer’s geographical location. In standard cases, we do not charge customers directly for delivery. Instead, shipment may be arranged through a courier service, and the customer shall be responsible for paying the courier directly upon delivery.

This arrangement applies unless otherwise agreed at the time the order is placed.

Please note: Orders are dispatched only after full payment for the purchased item(s) has been received.

Upper Floor Delivery Policy

Our free delivery service applies to Ground Floor delivery only. If delivery is requested to a floor above Ground Level and the premises do not have a lift, additional charges shall apply as outlined below:

Delivery Fees Without Lift Access

  • 1st Floor: 100 QAR
  • 2nd Floor: 125 QAR
  • 3rd Floor: 150 QAR
  • 4th–6th Floor: 200 QAR
  • 7th Floor and Above: Delivery not available without lift access

Important Notes

  • If the building is equipped with a lift, no additional fee shall be charged for upper-floor delivery.
  • If a customer does not select the appropriate floor delivery option during checkout and requests upper-floor delivery upon arrival, the corresponding fee shall be charged on-site at the time of delivery.
  • If the customer refuses to pay the additional fee at the time of delivery, the item shall be delivered to the Ground Floor only.

Exceptions – Heavier Models

The following models incur an additional 100 QAR on top of the above-listed rates if no lift access is available:

  • MX16+ (X25+)
  • X218

We appreciate customers’ understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth, safe, and efficient delivery process.

Following the proper lubrication procedure is essential. Failure to do so may affect your warranty coverage, as this serves as a formal disclaimer from WalkingPad Qatar.

Power Connection Advisory

Customers are strongly advised to connect treadmills directly to wall sockets and avoid extensions or multi-plug adapters.

Damage caused by improper electrical usage shall void the warranty and remain the customer’s responsibility.

Electrical Safety Notice – Divided Villas

If the customer resides in a divided villa or a property with shared or unstable electrical infrastructure, WalkingPad Qatar shall not be responsible for damage caused by improper grounding or unstable electrical supply.

Such damages shall be considered customer negligence and void the warranty.

5. Limitations of Liability

WalkingPad Qatar shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product failure, improper usage, delivery delays, third-party service provider failures, technical interruptions, or misuse of products.

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

By purchasing from our official websites, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


Order Holding Policy

Orders placed by the customer, whether independently or with the assistance of our sales representatives via WhatsApp or phone, shall be held for delivery for a maximum period of 24 hours from the time of placement unless payment has been completed.

If payment has been completed, the purchased item may be held for delivery for up to 30 days.


Refund & Exchange Conditions

  • Any item is refundable within 7 days from the purchase date provided that the item remains sealed and in its original condition.
  • Opened or unsealed items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Factory defects must first be inspected and verified by the dealer or technical team.
  • Dead on Arrival (DOA) items are eligible for immediate refund or exchange.
  • If an item does not match the description published on the website, customers may request a refund or exchange within 3 days provided the product remains in original condition.
  • Exchange or return of unopened non-defective items is subject to a 30 QAR fee.

Refunds shall be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Online card refunds may require 14–21 working days depending on the customer’s bank processing timeline.


Accounts

The minimum age to open an account on WalkingPad Qatar is 18 years.

When registering on WalkingPad Qatar, users agree to the following:

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and passwords.
  • WalkingPad Qatar must be notified immediately in case of unauthorized access or suspected hacking.
  • WalkingPad Qatar shall not be responsible for losses arising from unauthorized use of user accounts.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is true, correct, complete, and updated.
  • WalkingPad Qatar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false or misleading information.

Modification of Terms & Conditions

WalkingPad Qatar reserves the right to amend, update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice.

Any modifications shall become effective immediately upon publication on the website unless otherwise stated.

Suspension, Termination & Cancellation of Access

WalkingPad Qatar reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, terminate, or permanently block access to the website, user accounts, or services in cases including but not limited to:

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity;
  • Non-payment or chargeback disputes;

Termination shall not affect any rights or liabilities accrued prior to termination.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WalkingPad Qatar, its employees, management, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use the website;
  • Technical interruptions;
  • Delivery delays;
  • Third-party payment failures;
  • Product misuse;
  • Incorrect customer information;
  • Unauthorized account access;
  • External service provider delays.

Use of the website and services is entirely at the customer’s own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of the State of Qatar.


Security

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting customer service.

If cancellation is requested after delivery, the products must remain in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged packaging or opened products may result in refusal of return requests.
